SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days before shipping via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided upon shipping.
• No PO Boxes: Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
• Delays: Chateau Strands is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or natural events, and refunds or chargebacks will not be issued due to these delays.

Undeliverable, Lost, or Return to Sender Packages

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to Chateau Strands, it may be due to the following reasons:

• The shipping address does not exist or is incomplete
• An incorrect or misspelled address was provided
• Missing critical information such as apartment, suite, or building numbers
• The carrier was unable to safely deliver after one or more attempts
• The addressee has moved or is not available at the address
• The package was refused by the addressee

When a package is returned to us due to these or other address-related issues, it will be restocked with a $15 fee, and store credit will be issued as an E-Gift Card. Returned packages cannot be reshipped; please use the E-Gift Card to reorder with the corrected address. Note that we cannot guarantee item availability or the same pricing for reorders.

Please double-check your address before submitting your order to ensure it is correct and complete, including any necessary abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information. We are unable to modify address details once an order is placed.

Chateau Strands is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered due to incorrect address details.
